Weisi Garment (Shenzhen) Baoan factory, also based in Shenzhen, consists of cutting, sewing and a finishing room. It has 11 production lines, each line with 20-25 sewers. Each line has a quality inspector and a supervisor to ensure garments are of a satisfactory level, along with 2 vice-managers and 50 finishing workers. Baoan factory capacity about 50,000 pieces per month.
Furthermore, Wellsilk is a well connected company with highly established business connections with fabric and accessory suppliers. In case in-house capacity is not substantial, Wellsilk has 3 sub-factories within China. The entire Wellsilk Group is capable of producing over 120,000 pieces per month. The company specializes in producing all categories of woven ladies wear including dresses, tops and blouses, coats & jackets, jumpsuits, bottoms (pants, trousers, shorts, skirts), and accessories.
